Delivery Time Formula:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Please be aware that certain factors could influence handling/processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

Transit Time: Our transit time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for international countries.

There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including: Weather conditions, Holiday seasons, errors by the shipping company, and acts of God

Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 09:00 pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.

30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team to initiate the return process at sales@londonlake.com.
2. Return Authorization: Your return request is approved. You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Package the item: the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if we have provided them.
4. Include RA Number: Write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items:

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at sales@londonlake.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, London Lake covers the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Exchange Policy 30 Days After Delivery:

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. To request an exchange, email us at sales@londonlake.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
2. Follow the return process for the original item. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
