Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how London Lake handles order processing, delivery times, shipping costs, customs duties and tracking.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including (but not limited to):
- United States (including Puerto Rico)
- Canada
- United Kingdom and Europe
- Australia and New Zealand
- Selected countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America
Some locations may not be serviceable due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

2. Delivery Time Formula
We calculate estimated delivery as:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
These timeframes are estimates and do not include any delays caused by customs, carrier issues or events beyond our control.
3. Handling Time (Order Processing)
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Processing may take longer in situations such as:
- incomplete or pending payment;
- missing or inaccurate delivery address details;
- high-demand periods (for example, holiday seasons or major promotions).
If we need more information to complete your order, we will contact you by email before shipping to avoid delays.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Transit Time & Estimated Delivery Windows
Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier, typical transit times are:
- United States: approx. 7–10 business days
- International orders: approx. 10–14 business days
Based on this, our overall estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 8–13 days from the date of order
- International: 11–17 days from the date of order
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary.
5. Factors Outside Our Control
Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- extreme weather conditions;
- local and international public holidays;
- carrier delays or routing issues;
- customs inspections and clearance procedures;
While we cannot control these events, we will use all available tracking and carrier information to keep you updated where possible.
6. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 21:00 (9:00 pm) (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on a business day will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 21:00, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

If your order contains multiple items, heavy goods or over-sized products, additional shipping charges may apply. Any such costs will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
8. Taxes, Customs Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are:
- not included in our product prices or shipping costs; and
- the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Please contact your local customs office for information about possible charges before placing an order.
Important: London Lake cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country. The timing of customs clearance is controlled solely by local authorities.
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after payment:
- please contact us as soon as possible at sales@londonlake.com or +1 800-592-9704; and
- we will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed because orders are often sent to our warehouse quickly.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow our Returns & Refunds Policy to initiate a return.
10. Carriers & Tracking
We work with a range of trusted carriers. Depending on your destination, your order may be shipped via:
- United States: UPS, DHL, USPS, OnTrac, Uniuni, SpeedX, Cainiao, Better Trucks
- Malaysia: Flash Express
- Bahrain: iMile
- Australia: Fasthorse, iMile, Australia Post (AU Post)
- Canada: Bpost, Uniuni, Canada Post, bpostgroup
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- New Zealand: NZ Post
- Switzerland: PostNL
- Saudi Arabia: GFS Express
- Luxembourg: Colis Privé
- Other countries: DHL or another suitable international carrier
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- your tracking number; and
- a link or instructions so you can track your parcel online.
Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
